Anise and tarragon. Some other spices are situational (cloves, mace, and other aromatics), and I may like them in only a few things but can't say I despise them.

"Beer is proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy." ~Benjamin Franklin
Cannot stand dill pickles, dill pickle juice, dill pickle flavored stuff especially that abomination of a fad a few years ago of dill pickle juice flavored beers.
I like dill weed though. I use it mainly on seafood.

To think I'm somewhat responsible for this thread and I didn't even mention things like Brussels Sprouts and liver which I can be in the same room with, just don't try to get them in my mouth.

Too many things to list, but oily fish is probably at the top. I have tried numerous times to eat salmon and tuna, but it's a struggle to get one bite down.🤢

Cilantro, horseradish/wasabi, anise/licorice are instant dealbreakers. Some spices are fine so long as I can't pick them out of the flavor blend, but if I can identify, it's too much (anything clove-y for example). And vinegar. I don't care for anything pickled.
The list is far shorter than it was up until I was about 20, when I woke up to the world of food...

As mentioned before: bananas, coconut. I can’t stand curries (I really should get over that… or not). Olives are only good when stuffed with anchovies and soaking in good gin (you can sub bleu cheese for the anchovy). Not a fan of pineapple, but I did have a hybrid one from Hawaii once that was sublime. I have never met it’s equal. Coffee is ok, it used appropriately.

For me....Jamaican Jerk. I've tried....but I just can't deal with it. (Which drives me crazy as Malcom Reed loves it!) Also Chinese Five-Spice. Not my thing.

I’m with DavidNorcross . As I stated before a few times over the years, there are only two things I don’t like, processed coconut (sugarized) and I can’t remember the other. Love food, some I may not go fer seconds, but I’ll try anything.

I'm pretty much with FireMan and DavidNorcross There's a few things I don't care for, but almost nothing that's a complete deal breaker. I dislike Brussels sprouts and eggplant, but I can choke them down. I despise pumpkin spice for its trendy overused BS, but I don't dislike the flavors.
Balut. Black tofu. Never had either, but watching Andrew Zimmer gag makes me pretty certain that's a hard pass for me on both.
