    1. Bacon wrapped Jalapeño Pimento Cheese Poppers.

    2. Two racks of Cheshire Port St. Louis ribs

    3. Sausage and peppers

    4. Wouldn’t be the 4th of July without some handmade burgers and Nathan Franks.

There will be some other miscellaneous items but this is the bones of the meal.

    Happy Fourth to everyone!

I have a couple of butts on the WSM, I started them about an hour ago. I tossed my old (First gen) Party-Q on the WSM, which I haven't used in years.

I’m cooking whatever I catch this morning, bear or fish. I just hope I stay on top of the food chain……either of today’s options can get dicey

Doing brunch today. Scrambled eggs, sausages, muffins, and fruit. Maybe some pulled pork nachos for supper. We have some Family here but a little slower cooking day but tomorrow our next door neighbors are coming for supper...Tri Tip, etc.

St. Louis style ribs using Hank's Pork Rub followed by a layer of BigPoppa's Money Rub.
Smoking some sweet Italian sausages found hidden in the freezer. Might sauce 'em - not sure.
              Boarshead frankfurters.
BBQ beans - sorry, just canned Bush's Original.
              Homemade slaw.
Cocktails and champagne when the fireworks start.

Mmmmmmmmm, ribs …. That’s all I’d cook today if the choice was just up to me :-)

Was supposed to rain today. Woke up at 5:30, saw blue skies, lit WSM and put a 8.5lb pork shoulder on. Around noon will put on 3 racks St. Louis ribs. Apple and pecan chunks. All rubbed with Malcoms BBQ rub and Meat Church’s Honey BBQ rub.

Nuffin! Going to my buddy's place to watch he and his kid grill burgers and whatnot. I did the tater salad yesterday, but that doesn't count for cooking today!
