If not cooking outdoors, I am cooking on the stovetop with my 14" carbon steel wok, 12" CI skillet, or in the oven with my two Lodge CI pizza pans, or two dutch ovens. I've also got a nifty Lodge carbon steel grill pan that rocks for veggies outdoors.
My bet here is that good ol' Josh Barro is a troll. Wouldn't surprise me a bit to find that he is an AR lurker sitting back right right and LHAO over what he has stirred up. My dad used to do that all the time. He would invite a few of his friends over for drinks, most of them with political leanings a bit to the right of Barry Goldwater, and throw out some political opinion he knew would be controversial. He'd then just sit back, sip his whiskey and smile. I asked him once why he did it. He said, "It's better than what's on TV and a lot more fun".
