I have no pictures but the two most requested by family members are my Shrimp Fettuccine and Smoked mac and Cheese.

I don't know if I would call it my signature dish, but my wife can't stop thinking about this one. It's striped Bass (or some similar fish) stuffed with herbs such as cilantro, Thai basil and dill and grilled hot over charcoal, from The Flavors of the Southeast Asian Grill. Simple but good. My most requested is Fettuccine Alfredo with grilled chicken seasoned with my original chicken rub. It's stupid easy to make, but folks seem to really enjoy it.
What I consider my best dish is SVQ lamb with a tomato and red wine sauce that takes about 2 hours of hands on time, and 3-4 hours total to make.

For me it is Brunswick stew. I get the chance to smoke the pork butt and chicken before putting it all together. It isn’t my recipe, I borrowed it from Chris Lilly and made it my own. It takes me all day to get it all together, but enjoy making a huge batch and giving away pints at Christmas time.

In the summer, I get lots of requests for my chicken wings, nothing special, but I’ve always cooked them on the grill whether smoked or direct.

i ran a taco catering biz for about 5 years so i'm probably most known for my Al pastor tacos. the Guajillo chili marinade takes a whole day to cook down before it tastes edible but once it gets there it's great. But if we're going off most requested by kids at my house it would be my Bandito tacos (American style) or baked Rigatoni. Neither ever disappoint!

On the right are grilled sweet potatoes used for sweet potato tacos. Really good and really popular - even with the meat eaters!

This is the place that built my cart. it was similar to the Dream Cart they offer - https://latacocarts.com/
I worked the crap out of it until it needed a major overhaul then gave it to a buddy who has a welding fab shop where he does monthly cooks for his employees.

Honestly, I don’t have one. Probably the most requested food item I make is hot sauce but that’s not a dish, it’s a condiment.

My children love my French Crepes. I use the recipe from the Joy of Cooking. Here are some that I turned into cheese blintzes for Shavuot. I realize that my presentation is lacking!

My personal favorite is my take on Kenji's Pan Seared, Oven Roasted Chicken with a Fine Herb and Wine sauce. But the most requested is fried rice. I have been taking it to the family reunion for the past few years, (except last year of course), and it's always gone early. No chance for seconds and the end of the line normally doesn't get any:

That is good stuff. My wife makes it all the time with shrimp and/or chicken so I don't do the honors. I always gobble it down though !!!

Troutman - for me the secret ingredient is crumbled crisp bacon. That takes it up another notch.

The girls tell me it’s pulled pork, so I guess that’s it. I’d like to think my pulled beef or homemade tomato meat sauce are better, but that’s what they say everyone talks about and asks for. Maybe because my homemade bbq sauce goes so well with pulled pork.

Eh. I make all sorts of stuff but if they remember anything, It’s always my brisket, which is exactly meatheads recipe. Hence my least creative because it isn’t me.

people that grill rave about the QVQ pastrami, but mostly because it makes it easy to make without a long running smoker and can hack a grill to do it and rely on the V to get it tender.
