Best dogs are the ones cooked at the ballpark in boiling water that hasn’t been changed out in God knows how long…
At home we use all beef dogs that we get at the local farmers market. Nowadays we usually only have them in the summer cooked on the grill..
If we’re getting them in the grocery store, we just get whichever all beef option is least expensive at the moment
Finster have you seen the commercial during baseball where they show different ball park’s dogs? The takeaway is that whatever the hot dog, it tastes better at the game. Truth!
I had hot dogs for dinner. I bought ball park all beef bun length and was disappointed with how thin the dogs were. The flavor was okay though but I don't think I would buy them again.
Roasted serrano, avocado, scallions, fried shallots, mayo, Dijon, and Bachan's Spicy Japanese BBQ sauce.
Always a natural casing for me and NEVER all beef for sure. My #1 all time favorite is Schonland Hot Dogs but I believe they are only available in New England, not 100% sure. If you can get your hands on them they are definitely worth a try! Kayem natural casing are also very good
