Day late and a dollar short…story of my life. Anyway, here’s my entry: kimchi smashburger. Sadly you can’t see the incredible kimchi mayo in the burger shot so I took a separate pic. Some Asian sweet potatoes and Chinese broccoli as sides.

While it was still May I did my first smash burgers on the Blackstone. No pics 'cause that went way too fast! I've got some improvement to do on them still, but they were good!
