I make a lot of ice cream, at the moment there is a glut of fruit available around here and my go to favourites have been blackberry plus a surprise success in rhubarb! Out of the fruit season things like mint choc chip and vanilla are always popular but I would like to experiment and diversify a bit.
There are plenty of options available but it would be interested to know what are the favourites here on the forum, I have about 10 go to flavours at the moment but would like to expand my repertoire!
LSG Adjustable Grill/Smoker, MAK Pellet Grill, Large BGE with Several Attachments from the Ceramic Grill Store, Weber Genesis E335 Gasser, Cast Iron Pans & Griddle, Grill Grates, Mostly Thermoworks Thermometers, Anova SV Stick, BBQ Guru Controller and Fan

My latest batch was strawberry extreme! Made a strawberry syrup for part of the ice cream base. When I am just about the soft serve consistency I added sliced strawberries. Then a drizzled in a ribbon of balsamic reduction.
Large Big Green Egg, Weber Performer Deluxe, Weber Smokey Joe Silver, Fireboard Drive, 3 DigiQs, lots of Thermapens, and too much other stuff to mention.
In a past life I was a professional! (Lol, not really. Years ago I owned a Good Humor truck.)
The most popular flavors are popular for the obvious reasons.
How about cardamom?
And, one I always really loved was licorice. Licorice is pretty divisive; you either love it or hate it. But if you love it, licorice ice cream is incredible.

Oh and my other favorite is a copy cat recipe of Tin Roof by Blue Bell. Vanilla base with chocolate covered Spanish peanuts and a drizzle of chocolate fudge swirled throughout.
I’m fond of banana nut ice cream. We make ours with very ripe bananas and grape nuts cereal. I know it sounds crazy but it’s good with grape nuts cereal. A friend of my mother’s showed her this because she had a son who was allergic to some kind of nut, I don’t remember which one. You’ll be amazed at the taste and texture.

Apple pie ice cream is a winner. Spicy chocolate is a favorite. Cinnamon w a baked Apple dessert is incredible. Peach if you still have them fresh also good. Now if you REALLY want to go outside the box this combination- a scoop of each in one bowl together - really works and will blow your mind…licorice and raspberry.
