    Rolled rump roast

    Hi kids, I got me a 4.5 pound rolled rump roast that I have no idea what to to with. My memories from childhood of turning that nasty, rough piece of meat into bubble gum still haunt me. I think low and slow might be ok, but only to medium rare at the most, because it's pretty lean (read no fat). Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

    I think I’d do this same thing as I do with Round and cook it Baltimore Pit Beef style
