    Didn’t know they existed. Shoulda figgered. Have had walleye cheeks afore. That is some great eatin, so beef, don’t see why not.

      I've never tried smoking beef cheeks, but have braised them before. In Texas, maybe some other parts as well, they use the cheeks to make barbacoa (for tacos), which I thoroughly love. I will have to try smoking them now. Thank you for posting.

        I got a couple of beef cheeks from the butcher to smoke tomorrow.

        Thinking black pepper & habanero based rub.
