Just a little something for an early New Years Eve. This one from Fresh Market and we have some crab cakes to go alongside.
Just hit the Grilla at 225* until it hits 105. Then we pull it off, bump temp to 475* and it should hit close to 600* with the Grill Grates.
Drop it back on until it gets to temp.
