    Reverse Sear Prime Ribeye with Crab cakes

    Just a little something for an early New Years Eve. This one from Fresh Market and we have some crab cakes to go alongside.

    Just hit the Grilla at 225* until it hits 105. Then we pull it off, bump temp to 475* and it should hit close to 600* with the Grill Grates.

    Drop it back on until it gets to temp.

    Hit it with some Banner Butter and the finished product was fantastic.

      Nice looking steak, looks like that Meater is functioning nicely as well.

        We have a number of the temp gadgets but the Meater works the best and it’s not close.

        now I wonder if we are ever going to get the Meater Block?
