Beef Short ribs for the first time

      Dang PB it's been 8 1/2 hrs and the IT is 194. MH stated that 2" ribs will take 10 hrs

      That's perfect. Sauce them and put them in a covered aluminum pan. Give em 300*F. Check em in 20 minutes to see if the sauce has caramelized. The meat will get up to 200+ by then.

    Wow!! that stuff looks great. Awesome pics too. I love seeing those stick burners in action. That Lang really seems to treat you well. Did you wife like the Beef ribs? Thanks for posting!! Get cook!

          My god, those look great! Meat-candy-on-a-stick. How long was the total cook for the short ribs then? And, more importantly, did your wife approve?

            Eugenek, the total time for the cook was 9 hrs and yes the wife really like them.

            Oh BTW they were great!
