    Bachelor Dinner

    The wife and kids are off in Idaho taking the oldest boy back to U of Idaho for his senior year (holy cow, can’t believe that is almost done) .... and here I am all alone at home, playing bachelor.

    Ran by the store and picked up some couscous and a USDA Prime NY Strip. Found a nice looking tomato on the vine in the backyard.

    1.25 lbs of NY strip, couscous with pine nuts, and tomato, gorgonzola, olive oil and vinegar ... and a nice French red (Chateau-Neuf-du-Pape) to go with it.
