This potato salad is hands down my favorite thing with brisket. I add some chopped bacon to take it to the next level. Also, I like to leave the eggs in bigger pieces than "diced."
Scotch: Current favorite- The Arran (anything by them), Glenmorangie 12yr Lasanta, sherry cask finished. The Balvenie Double Wood, also like Oban 18yr, and The Glenlivet Nadurra (Oloroso sherry cask finished) among others. Neat please.

My personal favorites are mac & cheese, a good potato salad, garlic mashed redskin potatoes, oven roasted Brussels sprouts, grilled or roasted asparagus, and garlic bread (NY Brand Garlic Toast being my favorite). Not all in one meal, but these are my favorite sides to cycle through.
