What's your favorite thing to serve with brisket?

I like, n use alla th above, always yummy, but I also enjoy a nice pasta salad as a side...
Ma came up with a purty killer diller receipt, in her later 60's, which I often use, but ya can customize it to suit yer own tastes, faves, etc.
She used:
Rainbow rotini, cubed proscuitto (or smoked ham), cubed dilled havarti, cubed other cheeses *, (it varied, but she had to have th Dilled havarti!) minced garlic, red onion, small carrot coins, sliced black olives, stuffed whole olives, Italian seasoning, Italian dressing
* cheddar, monterey jack, baby swiss, colby were frequent inclusions, generally, when I made it with her, or for her, we/she included three cheeses, typically..
Also, when it gits hot, like here lately, a cucumber onion salad is always a nice treat
