What's your favorite thing to serve with brisket?

My first brisket hits the smoker in 1.5hrs. Looking for ideas to have with it.

I have found smoked Mac & cheese to be a crowd pleaser, not hard to do.

This potato salad is hands down my favorite thing with brisket. I add some chopped bacon to take it to the next level. Also, I like to leave the eggs in bigger pieces than "diced."

Agree potato salad is always a favorite with some baked beans and fresh vegies. Can't go wrong with some home made ice cream for dessert

Mac & cheese is my favourite and my wife prefers potatoes au gratin.

I eat a lot of potatoes au gratin😀. I bet they would be very good smoked but I’ve never tried it.

My personal favorites are mac & cheese, a good potato salad, garlic mashed redskin potatoes, oven roasted Brussels sprouts, grilled or roasted asparagus, and garlic bread (NY Brand Garlic Toast being my favorite). Not all in one meal, but these are my favorite sides to cycle through.
