    Just a quick little look at a brisket I cooked. Sure came out tender and juicy!

        I queried the database for attached images for nsbbqguy

        Did not find any. So the images did not get properly uploaded and stored.

        I will see if I can find out what is causing that.

                      I wrapped in butchers paper after the brisket got to around 150 or so
