    Memorial Day Ribs

    I cooked two plates of beef short ribs purchased at the Costco Business Center near me. Price was $3.49 a pound. I used the Big Bad Beef Rub from this site. Very good! Cook time was 4.5 hours. They could have used about 20-30 minutes more. I love this site.
