Okay technically, it's "Day after Bomb Cyclone Brisket". Very excited to have a Brisket in the works, and hopefully some great pictures late today.
I normally make slaw and cornbread as sides and am looking for some other ideas? What are some of your favorite brisket sides that I can whip up in the next 10 to 12 hours?
Glad yer out there, smokin away, brother!
Fer sides, I'd agree with smoker beans, Mac n cheese, also might add gently smoked/roasted, then steamed (jus add foil over a pan) broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, onions, tad bit minced garlic...
Note: Can always add cheese sauce, smoked or not, in it, or as a condiment.
Ain't seen nobody hit "Tater Salad", so far, so I'll throw dat into th mix!
Have a great cook, amigo!
