Yeah.. I survived the widow maker in January. Not sure I could survive football season without a smoker or three running at least 5 days a week. Note to self: I need a larger cold smoke box.
We have been know to be bacon free rather than buy it at the store. I think that I have enough in the freezer to make it to the cool nights of fall for a true cold smoke for a new batch- usually 2-3 whole bellies at a time.
