Calling all Northern Virginia pit members. $2.99 Prime Full Packers have been sighted in the Leesburg Costco meat department. Get them while they last!

No prime at ours, (Glen Burnie & Hanover, MD), but I'll take a few Choice flats at $0.77 per lb

Wow. In Harrisburg PA, we've got choice whole packers, but they're labeled as "flats". They're at $4.80/pound as of yesterday. Crap,$ 0.77 / pound is practically free!

The one near me, (Midlothian VA), has never carried it and and the store manager sez they can't get it. (But I don't believe him... )

RonB I was told the same thing until last week. aafter seeing this post I sent the word out locally and sure enough prime whole briskets show up at the Leesburg location. I did snag one. But now...there gone.

HawkerXP - that's good news on two fronts:
1- they stocked them, (and you were able to score one)
2- Since they sold them all, they may get more.

Now if only I could get my Local CostCO to carry Beef Plate ribs. That would be perfect.
