Father's Day 2023

Just threw on a couple of racks of St. Louis Ribs with Meathead's Pork Rub. I like the color of the rub, it should make for a nice bark at the end.

Just pulled the ribs off for a rest. I'm pleased with the color. They were around 205 between the bones at the thickest portion.

I made Osso Buco and Milanese risotto for my husband. No photos because I also had the laundry going and worked on inventorying the freezer as the OB cooked. Busy day for me. Husband watched the golf match, a well-deserved indulgence for being such a great Dad.
