      They turned out great! Took the advice from Polarbear777 and planned to pull at 135*F. Got distracted and pulled at 147*F. MH Beef Rub was used.

        Then chilled and smoked to 147?

        learning pellets I went 48 hours in the sous vide. On the smoker for about an hour-ish. And since it was no where near dinner time, I wrapped and held them for a couple hours. Wrapping was not required. I snuck a bite prior 🤤

      Late to the thread, but I gotta be honest … these seem a bit small … thankfully you know how to “cook” them ;-)

        ecowper they were very small. 2-bite size, as it were. But it was an impulse purchase and we were happy. Were they as good as the beef ribs above? H3ll naw… would I do it again? Prolly not.
