Just ordered it. I have always enjoyed your posts. My wife and I will be doing a European adventure next month. I tried to convince her for a few days in Stockholm (I won't lie, it was to meet you) but it didn't work out. She doesn't believe in this meat cult (her words) as I do. If you have any suggestions for places to try in Amsterdam or Prague it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks DeathCassette! You picked two really nice places, both Amsterdam and Prague, gorgeous cities! There's a place in Amsterdam that cook with nothing but green eggs, and they keep them inside for show. I'll see if I can't find that place. And Prague is just breath-taking. I was there two years ago (the last time), it is very cheap and with plenty of restaurants. Let me get back to you.

I tore through the packaging as soon as it arrived today. Absolutely gorgeous. I will use it, so when I get it signed in Memphis there may be a stain or two! Great job!

Thanks so much @khmfive! And yes, I think a stain or two in a cook book is mandatory :-)

Willy, Don't Look at the Eclipse before You Peruse @Henrik's Cookbooks! It's Not the Same if someone has to read it to You❓ 🤗😇🤗

I wish this book had been available when I came back to grills. Must read for anyone new or newer to barbecue. Incredibly clear, concise and easy to understand. I have not held a book, any book, of such quality since my Derrydale collection. Your Lemon chicken is on the grill as i type and really looking forward to trying the coleslaw recipe. Kale for coleslaw? Should be interesting.

Glad to have your work in my library. Thanks for translating!

I think "kale" in that slaw recipe was a mistranslation. In the photos I see no evidence of what American's consider to be kale. Kale and cabbage are actually the same species of plant - just different cultivars and quite different in appearance.

Thanks for those kind words Aimless1! And I think Histrix is correct, I've been looking up some ingredients to figure out the proper translation, and this one should probably be cabbage. I'll change it right away.
