- If not cooking outdoors, I am cooking on the stovetop with my 14" carbon steel wok, 12" CI skillet, or in the oven with my two Lodge CI pizza pans, or two dutch ovens. I've also got a nifty Lodge carbon steel grill pan that rocks for veggies outdoors.

I'm trying to figure out what I'm going to do for my outdoor kitchen. The main thing I know for sure is that it won't look as nice as yours. Color me jealous.

I of course love smoked meats of all kinds, but also like quick cooks like chicken portions, pork tenderloins, steak and fish. Really into cooking of all kinds.
My outdoor kitchen has a Lone Star Grillz Adjustable and it is wonderful. There also is a Pit Boss 5 Burner Ultimate Griddle and a Pit Boss Copperhead pellet grill.
There is an outdoor fire pit that has grilling capability and limited Santa Maria-style grill raising and lowering.

Third and final coat of varnish just went onto the ceiling. It's still a bit wet in the photo and it's a satin finish, so it will be a bit less shiny when finished drying. I couldn't be happier with it.
And they've started painting on the outside. Today was just the parts they're hitting with the sprayer. Monday they will finish with brushes and rollers, as well as painting the inside.
Meanwhile, I'm just waiting for the AWOL tile delivery.

We're still a couple of weeks away from moving the cookers into the new space, but I wanted to cook today. And there was rain in the forecast. So the answer was another driveway cook but with the help of some cover.
In the background you can see the two pallets of tile. The tile guy came by today to talk and is likely to get started Wednesday. The painters are finished with the outside now and will start on the inside tomorrow and then get out of the way for tile.
I've been remiss on not reporting on the adventures of Bean the Destroyer and the minor damage he's done during the build. He ripped insulation out of the walls a couple of different times and last night he destroyed a trim board. Here he is settling for a piece of scrap.
I'll get pictures tomorrow of painting progress.

CaptainMike I'm flying, so Bean will have to stay home. He should at least have his crate back on the porch by then.
