        Mur7555 I know you already made the call on the SnS ... but thought I'd throw my two cents worth in .... I don't have a Weber Kettle or an SnS because I have a Hasty-Bake Gourmet. IF I didn't have the Hasty-Bake, based on everything I know and have read and heard, I would totally get a Weber kettle plus SnS. Short of a Hasty-Bake (or something even more expensive), I don't think there's anything out there that will do reverse sear for steaks, tri-tip, etc as well as that combo will.

          Mur7555 I really like your Weber mounted table. Any instructions for making or buying if pre made? I am thinking of doing this for my free standing Weber but mounting and preventing a fire are a concern. Thanks. Mitch
