            Last night I made some lemony shrimp with pasta with a side of garlicky spinach. Buried it in Romano cheese before I took a picture. 🤦🏼‍♀️

            Greekish-American Grilled Chicken.

            Chicken thighs marinated for several hours in zesty Italian dressing, then seasoned with Cavender's Greek Seasoning then grilled over pecan. Served over brown rice with tomatoes and tzatziki.

              hoovarmin It's good. It does have a distinctive taste. It is Greek and as such is not bold and in your face like what we expect from many BBQ rubs. That is one thing I've noticed about my experiments with Greek and Greek-American cooking, the dishes are flavorful but not bold....more subtle.

            1/2C Sour Orange, 1/3C Light Brown Sugar, Salt/Pepper
            Screaming Fire - 8 min constant flip.

            Chimichurri was the star of the show, made with fresh garden herbs.

              Thanks, I gave it a few whacks with a mallet before the marinade. Trimmed the silver skin and any visible gristle. It was pull apart tender. Cut it with my fork. I prefer the skirts, but I will do this again.👍

ID:	1571492 Choice top sirloin cap I dug out of my freezer. Reverse sear on the weber kettle with white bag kingsford (my neighbor offloaded 4 bags of it on me)! I threw some post oak on the coals right when it when on the indirect side. Made a rub with kelp, thyme, paprika, and fine white sugar. Took about 40 minutes to get to 115 even though the temp
                at the grate was 450ish. Had it with salad 🥗, still looking for my socks . . . 🔥🔥🐿️
