      bbqLuv Is it just twisted, or have you done more to the bacon than I can see? We stocked up on bacon a while back, and my local Hy-Vee has bacon on sale for $2.99 again today.

      Bogy It is just bacon. plan old 1LBS sliced, regular cut. Not thick or thin.

        Maiden Voyage of the Joetisserie with two Peruvian chickens. Baked two biga loaves today as well and with the help of klflowers and Panhead John made red beans and rice. Served the chicken with serious eats Peruvian green sauce and fed 9 folks tonight.

        As I often do I did my best to cook the trip tip whole and still have it edible for both my girlfriend and I. But she got a little mad when she realized I gave the dogs one of her slices 😂

        fish sauce: ain’t mad at ya! Never tried, now I’m intrigued. My buffalo sauce is 4 shakes rooster, 1 shake Worcestershire, 1 T butter. Toss over (enter chicken part name here). I’m thinking 1 easy shake fish sauce?

          I have been scrolling backwards because I haven't been to the thread in a couple of days. If I were asked to rate the two burgers of yours I have seen I would recuse myself. Both are perfect.
