So it’s been a long time since I posted. The last few 470ish days have been a lot. Some of the very hardest things happened and there were also relatively long stretches where I felt completely numb. Virtually all of it was related to work, which is nonsense and shouldn’t really matter, but holy toledo. . . Fortunately things have pulled up. And I owe a great deal to the community here that I learned so much from - as outdoor cooking has been a balm through it all. And I have a new gig now and have admonished the team I left with a gracious hasta la pasta amigos.
I have done a few things that are super exciting. I have had some landscaping done so that I have a patio and a little roof, I joke that it’s my outdoor kitchen (it’s tiny). The most exciting this of all is I have ordered a 23 Ultimate from KK! It’s in stock in the US so hopefully it will be here in the not too distant future. I will provide updates as I learn more. I will share cooks, yeah, miss you guys. . . 🐿️
