6 hours .... refilled SnS insert with charcoal, checked on the pork butt ..... looks awesome so far. Internal temp is 171F and deep in the stall. IT actually dropped about a degree over the last 10 minutes.
sadly, no ... in my town there is a Fred Meyer (like a Kroger, but with all the stuff at a Target, too), a Safeway, two pharmacies, and a Do it Center (competes with Ace). None of them carry B&B. Do it Center does carry Cowboy briquettes, which I like better than KBB. Ace and Home Depot are both about 10 miles away instead of 1 mile away.
