I wasn't able to attend before but now that it is rescheduled for May 26th I can make it. I just registered--hope to meet some of you there! Unfortunately, I will not be able to make it. I am going to be out west, fishing. I wish this would have worked out for me to go. I was looking forward to hanging out with you all. Hopefully we can make it work next year. If you are going to be in town, you should attend, it is a great time.

I will be there for sure. My daughter is coming along too. I will be the bald guy with the AR Shirt on!! Hope some more can make it.

I'll be there, looking forward to it. I'll most likely be in a grey or black Dickies style work shirt. I don't have an AR shirt

I've just returned home from the MN BBQ Society's Spring Training event and couldn't be more happy with the experience. The class was very well run, informative, and paced well. I came away from there with some great bits of information that I cannot wait to apply to my next cooks. If this wasn't a big enough win for the day, I also got to meet Skip and his daughter along with Danjohnston949 and his wife. What a pleasure it was to meet these folks. Great way to spend the day, for sure. Already looking forward to next year.

I agree DoubleUpOrQuit (aka Craig) that it was a great day at The U of M Meat Science Lab. We also met up with ProductPoet (aka Rob). I will try to post a couple pictures later.
