      CaptainMike ..... here’s what I do to post a Fireboard temp chart ..... I open up my Fireboard app on my iPad or go to the Fireboard dashboard at the website if I’m on my computer. Then I open the session I want and make a screenshot. Now I post that image just like I would post a picture of my food cook :-)

        On an iPad, I just save it of course. On a computer, do what you said, then open paint and paste

      Also ..... love the new grill! Like the GOOR, the WSCG is one of the grills I’d seriously want to have if I didn’t have the HB Gourmet.

        Because of seeing your cooks the HB was 1 of 3 that I was considering. Plus, it is a beautiful piece of equipment that would grace anyone's back yard. When frankb posted the WSCG/C sale at that price I had to pull the trigger. How are things up north? is the smoke clearing out for you guys? We have a new one down here that's giving us fits.

        That price for the WSCG is amazing .... and you were right to jump all over it. IF I didn’t have the HB, I would do that in a heartbeat. Yeah, smoke clearing up and fires are, mostly, under control. I heard about the fire in Trinity Forest. Ugh

        Thanks Eric. I make no excuses or apologies for my lack of...… interest in the digital age. I have adapted as necessary, but that necessity is becoming more moot all of the time. I prefer things that go vroom, hummm, whoosh, whizz, or bang. Especially bang.

      I too have used the screen shot method. In your app, or more better your UI on your computer, you can share your sessions pretty easy. You will see a "Share" in the upper right under your drive button, then you can copy the share link and post the link here, or just pick FB or Tweeter or whatever. See if this works. Been a while cus I am so quiet and all.

      Setpoint 325, soaked chicken in Huli Huli for 2 hours, rubbed with "Amazing Cajun". Put chicken on at 4:15. 3 small chunks apple. Basted in one hour with Huli Huli. Flipped and basted again at 1.5 hours.

      Doesn’t this thing have a built in port for a fan adapter also? Has anyone used it?

      Dont always need a fan but in snow/rain/wind/sleep it evens everything out so you don’t have to.

      Also I find that with a fan, lighting method is almost irrelevant on my pk360 and almost so on the pbc so long as I’m not dumping a full lit chimney in there and trying to keep it below 275.
