Woo Hoo! I just ordered the Weber Summit Charcoal Grilling Center

I'm so excited, and the only folks who will understand why I'm jumping up and down is you all. My family and friends are scratching their heads wondering why I need to add this WSCGS to my paltry grill/smoker collection of a Weber Summit S-670 gasser and my much-loved Pit Barrel Cooker.

So that's why I'm writing this within about 30 seconds after having placed the order. It arrives, fully assembled, on Tuesday. I'll be too excited to sleep the next couple of nights, I'm guessing. Visions of ribs, pork butts and briskets will be dancing in my head.

My husband has been so sweet about this. He's firmly in the "if the wife isn't happy..." camp, so even if he can't figure out why I "need" this grilling center, he's happy for me. He's a skinny guy, and I don't think the new addition will fatten him up much, but he'll enjoy the resulting good eats nonetheless.

Awesome! You're going to be cooking so much meat you'll need to decide if you're going to go on a meat-only diet for a while, have lots of guests, give some away, freeze for later meals, or all of the these. Congrats!

As I read your comment that only pit members would understand your excitement I started smiling and my wife asked what was so funny. I said "it is a pit member thing you wouldn't understand". So I say YES YES AND YES! We get it.
