In the absence of any hard data that either supports the idea that you should get the summit ... or doesn't ... get the summit. Same for selling ... or not selling ... the BGE. meanwhile, work on your justifications (excuses) for being unable to live without both.
I have a WSCG and a Primo. Now the WSCG lives in our summer getaway, but I have brought it home for a couple of winters and have cooked on it in (extreme) cold a few times. It works and worked great in winter.
But since getting the Primo I'd hang on to the ceramic if for no other reason than winter, given your location. Dont get me wrong. the WSCG is excellent. but it is a bit more weather sensitive (and I mean just the tiniest bit)...and if you've used a ceramic in the winter you know it's a rock.
Of course there are all sorts of ways around weather sensitivity with controllers, etc.
So obviously you need to keep both, and buy more accessories for both too. This is the pit after all....there's not much room for rationality here!
