Plain and simple: Cut through bulb revealing cloves, sea salt and black pepper to taste, fill the gaps between cloves until overflowing with olive oil, sprinkle fresh chopped rosemary (optional), wrap the bulb in foil and grill on indirect for 20-30 mins. Tip: At least a whole Garlic per person, it spreads so well no other sauce needed.

Ever try Bagna Cauda? The amounts will depend on the pan you're using. I will often make a big batch and then freeze it.
A small oven safe pan (9") is good for a start. Cover bottom of pan with peeled garlic. Add olive oil to just cover garlic. About 2 tablespoons butter cut into little pieces and sprinkled on top. 2 or 3 anchovy strips, for salt. cover with foil and bake at 250F for about 45 min or until brown.
