Who here doesn’t like tomatoes raw, but enjoys them cooked, in sauces, etc?

3 charcoal grills
pellet grill
Meat slicer, meat grinder, sausage stuffer
Raw tomatoes fresh from the garden, still warm from the sun. Cut into wedges, drop in a bowl and add a couple spoons of cottage cheese. I think I will go pick one and have for supper.
like them any way as long as they are local raised. Grocery store tomatoes are hard and no flavor
We freeze a lot of them for adding to chili. You have to watch them closely as you vacuum seal them. They like to foam a lot as the vacuum pulls the air out of the bag.
