What are some of the best companies to deal with for Alaskan salmon delivered?

We've had very good luck with FishEx.com since leaving Alaska more than 20 years ago.

We use Sitka Salmon Shares, They have different plans depending on your preferences and budget. Fish is packaged very well and arrives frozen, packed in plenty of dry ice. Let me know if you have any questions about this subscription service.

Any bank should be able to offer financing for most of these online companies.

We like https://alaskagoldbrand.com They are a fisherman coop which was formed in 1944
        edit:
Maybe never mind, they appear to only have have variety packs right now. Must be sold out of salmon stock.

We found this place when walking through Pike Place Market in Seattle a little over 10 years ago: https://www.freshseafood.com/

We have been ordering shipped products from them ever since.

We love their fresh salmon (including copper river in season), their hot-smoked salmon is also pretty spectacular if you don't want to smoke it yourself.

Copper River……I wish I was in WA or even Alaska during that run!

I just had some salmon for lunch from a couple different sources, both were delicious:

          Sea To Table
          Catch Sitka Seafood

Had some king, coho, and sockeye. I love trying different varieties and seeing the differences. The king definitely had a different flavor and texture than the others. It had a stronger salmon flavor but the overall flavor of the coho and sockeye was stronger if that makes sense. The texture of the king was flakier and more tender than the others as well.

We like to make the drive into Seattle occasionally but it has lost some of its allure to me over the past few years. The Market is usually a stop if we have the time when making the short drive.

There are a few Seafood Market options that ship in Pike Place Market including the famous fish throwers of Pike Place Fish Market.

In addition to all of the other suggestions, https://www.senasea.com is good.

Sitka Salmon Shares is great. More convenient, and top notch for a big box store, is Costco.
