I used it on Tri-Tip and it was pretty good. Could use it on anything that needs a dry brine or marinade: Tri-Tip, flank steak, skirt or hangar steak, etc.
I’m not usually a marinade fan for steak, but was looking to try something new. The outcome was pretty good. Flavorful crust for sure.

- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp (heaping) brown sugar
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 3 tablespoons dried basil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce optional
- 1 teaspoon fresh minced garlic
