I have never tried your rubs, living in Canada meant I did not have access. Checked the web site and bookmarked, I am looking forward to trying all three. Thank you for your generosity.

        This is great stuff, thanks.

I would be tempted to make these without salt and then dry brine separately, but that's personal preference.

Thanks Henrik , but have you ever given thought to having them mixed and labeled in U.S. There is a business not far from me called Croix Valley Foods and that's what they do. They custom process and use your label so you can sell. They probably sell them for you. Just a thought.

Yes, I did think about it, but skipped it, for various reasons. But thanks for the suggestion!

Henrik thanks for doing this! I hate you couldn't make money at it, but am happy there is a way to enjoy these once I deplete my stockpile.

Now darn it, I threw away my last empty bottle of Bonafide Beef on Thursday! I had no idea I could have refilled it and kept a nice shaker bottle on the shelf, haha.

Maybe I need to go dig around in the trash..... Mmm. Nope. Been in the 90's, and its probably pretty rank in the bin outside by now!

DaveD for sure! I'll make my own label if need be and slap it on a zip lock bag or glass jar...

Gracias, Henrik! Very generous of you indeed, and very much appreciated. Yet another unexpected benefit of AR, ya run into folks like this.

Thank you for your generosity! I remembered when I first joined, I questioned shipping smokers to the US. Any chance that changed in the restructuring? 🤣 I couldn’t even imagine shipping on one of those!

I am sure if someone PAYS for shipping and tariffs, he can ship it to you. I would cringe to think what it would cost, but having dealt with international shipping, I would almost think shipping just a single palletized smoker could cost as much as the smoker itself, unless they were transporting a full sea container of them.

I actually asked my college buddy, who started his own shipping company (and recently sold it and retired at age 50), about shipping one when Hank first started making his smokers - he said it would be expensive unless you found a company who is filling a shipping container in Sweden for shipment to the US. If they had extra room they might let you use that space in the container - for a charge. Probably still would be pricey though.

This is the best news I've had all day! I was so sad when they stopped being available in the US. Thanks so much Henrik !
