    You can cook ribs many different ways....

    I admire this! It's all about the food, not the method. Improvise! Adapt! Ribs in 30 minutes! You know how these would be good? Do them with sauerkraut. Mmmmmm!
    Tender, smoky, fall-off-the-bone ribs can take three or four hours to make the traditional way. But Baltimore chef Shirlé Koslowski uses a pressure cooker to get all that flavor in only an hour.

    I honestly don't have much of a taste for steamed ribs, I would rather grill them at a high temp and baste them

      If they are done right, they really aren't bad, I have had them a few times this way. Now when they do something like this and sell them as BBQ ribs, that's no good.
