    Raw ham question

    I just purchased half a hog that i will recieve in a few weeks, i chose to not have the butcher smoke the ham, (cause thats part of the fun and my weber would be sad!)
    My question is, do i have to cure the ham?
    can i just season and smoke it?
    what temp to cook at and what internal temp. to cook to??
    im super excited for this meat

    any recipes would be awesome, thanks so much!

    Smoke it like a pork shoulder to 190 internal. Wrap whenever.
