    Smoked pork loin chops with smoked cauliflower

    Smoked pork loin chops with smoked cauliflower. The cauliflower was tossed with olive oil, granulated garlic and onion, salt and pepper then finished with a little butter. Chops were seasoned with Memphis Dust and smoked at 225F to an IT of 140F.
