What do you do when you have leftover Butt and Family in town? CUBANS!

So, my parents and sisters are in town, and we had leftover pork butt we wanted to use for some dinner. So I decided to make cubans tonight along with poppers and some cheap macaroni salad. I'm pretty well satisfied with my cuban building abilities these days

Very nice, you do have the knack for building a nice looking Cub! That is my favorite thing to do with leftover pork butt.

I've done this "Tampa style" one. I bet SmokeyGator can elaborate on Miami style. A sandwich to be savored in either case!

Leave out the salami. Keep everything else. I have no idea where the salami or no salami variations come from, just that it exists.

That looks great. I've also made Cubans with extra pulled pork. It's a fine sandwich.
