      I made the mistake of saucing some ribs last summer and now I have to sauce at least one of the racks for my wife. The same can be said about chicken too except when it comes to Alabama white sauce.

        Just for everyone's info, the dang dang Alabama white sauce is excellent as the mayo base for coal slaw! Try it!

        lonnie mac I just used it on a grilled chicken salad and it was fantastic. This might be my new salad dressing for this summer.

      Wife likes sauced. I like rubbed and hit with a North Carolina vinegar sauce right as it comes off the cooker.

        I always make enough for two meals, first night right off the smoker are usually naked. The second/leftover night I glaze em up as I'm warming up on the grill. Of course there are times when the moon is right I'll glaze them puppies till pork filled caramelized candy.
