          That bark.........ohhh that bark! That really does look phenomenal, did you use any wood or was it all charcoal? Congratulations on a successful first smoke and welcome to the addiction! I'm guessing that you're already thinking about what's next.

            I used Aussie Heat Bead charcoal briquettes (can't get Kingsford here in the UK) and 3 chunks of wood (1 oak, 1 cherry and 1 apple). I like to source local, so woods like hickory and mesquite are out for me.

          Very Nice! like BBQRapper said, you'll be less impressed by restaurants from now on. Keep trying new recipes and keep the pictures coming.

              Thanks. There were some left overs, not many though. Used some up in pulled pork and gouda cheese quesadillas. Then I had a pound or so left that I froze (I'll probably use that in some nachos while I'm watching 6 nations or BTCC)
