Three, 2lb slabs of porky goodness ready for their nap in the fridge. The inner bag has all the air removed, the outer bag is just leak containment. Then they are going in a container - don't want any messes. I will report back in a week with more pictures.
You know, after having made bacon a few times, and realizing how good it is, I wanted to know how factory bacon is made. I found the following on YouTube, and I'm DISGUSTED. I don't think I can eat packaged bacon again.
