DWCowles that is a great way to put it, you steam the flavor out of them. Well said! I have got to try this way without wrapping so the next time I cook some ribs I will not wrap them.
I have also had great luck with the quality of ribs at Sam's club and Costco. I have used both the back ribs and St. Louis cut ribs. I like the USDA Prime brisket at Costco also. Large hunk of beef but we'll worth it.
DW, I don't know how I would make without a Cosco, mine is only about 5 miles from me and that is where I get all of my steaks and ribs, but I will be trying the Whole Foods Market when I can because they have some gorgeous meat.
