        Chicken cordon bleu.

        You can adapt it to just about any method: fry it, bake it, smoke it, make it a casserole, etc.

          Andrrr Yeah, I know, but too obvious! But nobody thinks about Chicken Cordon Bleu any more (or Chicken Kiev, for that matter). Just because those dishes were the rage 60 years ago doesn’t mean they don’t still taste great!

          You know what, I am going to thaw a couple chicken breasts myself, and make it this week.

          I hear ya! I love cordon Bleu but I NEVER think of making it and you don't see it in restaurants, or maybe not the restaurants I go to. This one is on my list to make.
