OK. Getting ahead of the game here..
Gonna have a lot of leftover ham.
Looking for some ideas for using the leftovers.
Thinking outside the box encouraged.

Great addition to your pot of beans. Ham sandwiches on white bread with extra Mayo, salt and pepper. Pan fried leftover ham and fried eggs for breakfast! Add small cubes to fried rice.
You can barbecue it, boil it, broil it, bake it, sauté it. Dey's uh, ham-kabobs, ham creole, ham gumbo. Pan fried, deep fried, stir-fried. There's pineapple ham, lemon ham, coconut ham, pepper ham, ham soup, ham stew, ham salad, ham and potatoes, ham burger, ham sandwich. That's about it.
Steam it like pastrami till really tender then serve it with grilled fresh pineapple slices. We served this to another couple and they just inhaled it.

Reason: Grill the pineapple slices to caramelize the top. Serve hot.
