58limited mentioned topping sausage gravy with it. I just substitute the sausage with pulled pork. Guess that would be pulled pork gravy. BBQ spaghetti. Under my pillow. Wait...

If you like stuffed bell peppers, I do, you can substitute PP for the hamburger meat. I’ve done stuffed bell peppers before with boudin and also with brisket….very good! Pulled pork should work just as well.

- If not cooking outdoors, I am cooking on the stovetop with my 14" carbon steel wok, 12" CI skillet, or in the oven with my two Lodge CI pizza pans, or two dutch ovens. I've also got a nifty Lodge carbon steel grill pan that rocks for veggies outdoors.
Put the pulled pork in a salad or stuff a baked potato with it. Make tacos/burritos/nachos or better yet enchiladas. Pulled pork pizza. Just about anything really.

Too bad I've never made tamales... I'd love a few dozen pulled pork tamales

jitsntricks yeah, I've never tried to get the masa and corn husks needed to do traditional tamales. Pulled pork would be good in those.

Potkettleblack - thanks, love making empanadas. Unfortunately I’m still an amateur at folding/sealing which is why you only see these two and not the other 10!

Awesome!!! I have two butts on the smoker now. I have never made empanadas, but I guess it's time to try.

"Anyway, like I was sayin', pulled pork is the fruit of the pig. You can barbecue it, boil it, broil it, bake it, saute it. There's uh, pulled-kabobs, pulled pork creole, pulled pork gumbo. Pan fried, deep fried, stir-fried. There's pineapple pulled pork, lemon pulled pork, coconut pulled pork, pepper pulled pork, pulled pork soup, pulled pork stew, pulled pork salad, pulled pork and potatoes, pulled pork burger, pulled pork sandwich. That- that's about it."

Me too !!! I tried to make my 1st tamales about 2 months ago when I had some extra time. They really aren't too hard to make if done in stages. So I used a bag of vacuumed sealed pork butt that had been frozen, then made the sauce and masa the following days. All in all a decent tamale for my first try. Any suggestions or hints welcomed .
