What do y'all like to do with pulled pork besides sammiches?
So I'm wondering what ya'll like to do with pulled pork besides sandwiches and tacos? With my family it's either sandwiches, tacos, beans or nachos. Don't get me wrong, they are all fantastic but I'm just looking for something new. I'm thinking of smoking a butt or two and freezing it up in vacuum sealed packages just to have on hand for whenever we feel like having some.
So what do ya'll like doin' with your pulled pork?
What CaptainMike and DaveD said plus: Eggs Benedict, Cuban Sandwich (I consider it a different Sandwich), in Chili (diced), verde enchiladas, as a topping on a hamburger...
My friends bbq truck puts pulled pork on top of a back wrapped 6 oz burger... calls it the 'fat slob' (his burgers are called fatties).... friggin' delicious

Cocktails: Alton Brown turned me onto boulevardiers. That has become my travel cocktail. At home it is usually spiced rum, vodka, or whisky mixed with ginger ale.
Planning on a DIY smoker. **Those plans got scrapped. Between the PBC and the SnS, a DIY smoker project has moved way down the list. Now I want to build an Argentinian style grill!
Former homebrewer with plans on returning to it when location and time allows.
No restrictions with me (love meats, cheese, veggies, etc...) however a friend I often cook with has celiac so I avoid gluten in my cooking. (PS. Stone delicious is a gluten reduced beer that he highly recommends )
I'd like to try that some time, but my wife makes really good mac and cheese, so I'm not sure the rest of the family would want me to mess that up...lol
Omelet, hash, fried rice, arepa topping, Benedict meat… also sauce up and run under the broiler for a minute or three to crisp, serve over rice. Makes a luxe burger topping.
favorite use is as a protein in a Rick Bayless quick chilaquilles recipe we like to make. But really, any recipe that calls for leftover chicken, pulled pork will work better.

I of course love smoked meats of all kinds, but also like quick cooks like chicken portions, pork tenderloins, steak and fish. Really into cooking of all kinds.
My outdoor kitchen has a Lone Star Grillz Adjustable and it is wonderful. There also is a Pit Boss 5 Burner Ultimate Griddle.
There is an outdoor fire pit that has grilling capability and limited Santa Maria-style grill raising and lowering.
